The Atomed Second Factory Building blessing and groundbreaking ceremony held, August 4, 2011 at MEPZ 2 is deemed a success. ATOMED Cebu, Inc. or Atom Medical Corporation is now manufacturing quality medical disposables at its factory in Cebu Island. By joining other international companies in Cebu Island, Atom is proud to contribute to the success and economic progress of this region of the Philippines. The event began with a mass by Fr. Cerelo Asister, Jr. followed by the blessing of the construction site, after the mass & blessing comes the groundbreaking event with Primary Structures Corporation’s CEO Engr. William Christopher Liu, Jr., Primary Structures Corporation Engineering Director Engr. Merle Alviar, Primary Structures Corporation Operation Director Engr. Teofilo R. Visarra III, Primary Structures Corporation Operations Manger Engr. Allan Cabahug, Primary Structures Corporation Project Manager Edgar Aligway, Atomed Cebu, Inc. A short message was given by Atomed Cebu, Inc. President Mr. Terumi Matsubara then followed by Primary Structures Corporation CEO’s Engr. William Christopher Liu, Jr.
The ceremony was concluded by a festive lunch at the project site.
