EPC Oath Taking for Mabolo Garden Flats and Don Manuel Residence

A pledge for excellence, the Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) of Primary Structures Corporation Team 7 & 8 has once again made a pledge for the Don Manuel and Mabolo Garden Flats project. It was held in Jones Avenue St., at Captain A’s Seafood Grill.

Management Committee has shown full support to the team and has gathered for the pre-construction presentation and oath taking by the members of Team 7 for the Mabolo Garden Flats project and Team 8 for the Don Manuel Residences project. It was presided by the Operations Director himself, Engr. Teofilo R. Visarra III which was followed by a boodle fight.

A “boodle fight” which was defined by Captain A as an “eating combat” or “attack the food.” It is an eating tradition involving the members of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) where everyone, regardless of age and rank, gathers around a very long table to share a meal. As a symbol of fraternity and equality, they dig into the food spread over banana leaves or old newspapers with their bare hands; there are no plates or eating utensils. Boodle fights are usually done in celebration of special occasions or successful events.

In the afternoon, a few announcements were made by Engr. Arjan Burlat and Ms. Rowena Pino. The success of the event ended with a short message from Engr. Rey F. Escuadro inspiring each members of the team to fully contribute their whole hearted share for the success of the said project.

The activity highlights a fruitful start and strong foundation for PSC while the oath taking illustrates the commitment of the team members in making the company’s record of commendable performance, demonstrating how good employee management makes good business sense.
