Last weekend, March 5, 2011 marked a momentous event for Sacred Heart School Hijas de Jesus Community, it was the blessing and ribbon cutting of the new elementary building at Don Jose Avila Street, Cebu City.
It started at eight o’clock in the morning by a Eucharistic celebration presided by Rev. Fr. Manuel A. Uy, S.J., then followed by ceremonial ribbon cutting lead by Sr. Rebecca Loreto, F.I. the Representative of the HDJ Congregation here in Cebu City, Primary Structures, Engr. William Christopher Liu, Jr. CEO, Mrs. Paulette D. Liu VP- Human Resources and Admin , Engr. Allan L. Cabahug Operations Manager as PSC Staff, SHS Students, faculty and parents joins the celebration.
A heart warming lunch followed at Lillian Uytengsu Liu Activity Hall.
